I have always had an ease engaging with animals.  Pet ownership for me was easy, rhythmic and hilarious. I credit my dogs to an essential part of developing those skills that I use today as a Nubian goat herder. I have a mission as a photographer, and that is to DECLARE with my camera and say, "Picture it now, otherwise this moment will soon be forgotten!"

Some of the most emotion-stirring photographs I own today are of those taken of my gorgeous Yellow Labs. Both have passed on to dog heaven, but their personality still resonates through those treasured hints of time. I still remember the sadness of those that wept when they heard the last of my labs had passed. I love you Boone and Petey, forever and ever!
